Erin Carmean (my daughter as luck would have it) makes these intricate felt tip pen drawings of flower/mandala like forms . She has been working in this style for several years now, with the drawings slowly becoming more complex and elaborate over time. The image with the reds is a detail and show the minute intricacy of the designs. They are all done in felt tip pens, some of which are metallic which give the drawings more radiance. The drawings effectively invoke the opulence that can be seen in Gustav Klimpt's paintings from the late 1800's.
